French patent agents Weismann et Marx advertised their address as 90 rue d'Amsterdam, Paris. Telephone 111.16.[1].

Their names are known: "In 1906 Charles Weismann et Armand Marx, two young engineers, founded Technical Office for Industrial Property Weismann et Marx." In 1973 the agency changed its name to "Cabinet Plasseraud" with reference to partner René Plasseraud.[2]

Sometimes the first name was written with two s's: Weissmann

It seems they communicated, twice at least, the list of aeronautic patents to L'Aérophile (see [1], [2]).
