This French patent filed by a Hungarian makes reference to German priority date 1913-04-29, a patent which we may not have, and which Espacenet may not have. We have found via Espacenet Patent AT-1910-62089, which seems to be analogous to the French. The Austrian makes no reference to a German, and thus far we've found no reference to a Hungarian filing, in this case. Also, the application date for the Austrian patent was 1910-09-02, so this latter may have been the parent, with a peculiar tree of descendants.

Here we have "roues de friction", which are conceivably, as in the case of Patent FR-1911-426130, things which resemble propellers, though actually actioned themselves by wind resistance. In the case of this patent, however, there are also actually propellers, per se, acted upon the air, in the interests of stability.
