Here we have "wheels of friction", which are conceivably, as in the case of Patent FR-1911-426130, things which resemble propellers, though actually actioned themselves by wind resistance. In the case of this patent, however, there are also actually propellers, per se, acted upon the air, in the interests of stability.

The parental status of this patent is somewhat conjectural, in that Patent FR-1913-471027 makes reference to what we have designated as Patent DE-1913-04-29-Max Hinek, a German patent seemingly not on Espacenet, whereas this Patent AT-1910-62089 has the significantly early filing year 1910.
