Josef Simkó was an aero inventor, a Professor, filing from No. 34 Elsacrutcza, Budapest, Hungary.[1] We presently have him exclusively in the context of his collaboration with Viktor Tarczal and Edmund Roheim, also both Hungarians. The parent patent of the patent family in question, that is Patent HU-1901-24148, was filed solely by Viktor Tarczal.
