Viktor Tarczal was a Hungarian Professor of Graphology, located at "No. 34 Elsacrutcza, Budapest, Kingdom of Hungary".[1] He did some slightly earlier work with propellers, and is identified as a "Teacher(Tanár) and Writing(or letter, or document) expert(Irásszakértő)".[2] We mainly have him for the patent family descending from Patent HU-1901-24148. This was a kite, filed in almost all its iterations in collaboration with fellow Hungarians Dr. Edmund Roheim and Josef Simkó. This kite was among our most internationally filed single patents, with the Hungarian first filing making no mention of the other two inventors. There is reason to believe Tarczal was the leader in the above-mentioned collaboration and his apparently non-collaborative work with propellers may have been more extensive. It is possible he matches Wikidata entry Q1316840.
