This original document makes reference to the Belgian priority dates 1909-12-24 and 1910-09-19. This first was likely an “invention” and the second a “perfectionnement”, these being semantically types of “brevet” within the Belgian system, differing from the “brevet” versus “certificat d'addition” semantics of the French system.
