The machine is raised and propelled by two propellers C revolving on vertical axes, and its direction of motion is controlled by an aeroplane J which is mounted on a universal joint. The buoyancy and the machine may be increased by an aerostat. The car is fitted with spring rollers N to deaden the shock of landing.
