From Lelasseux and Marque, 1909, L'aéroplane pour tous, suivi d'une note de M. P. Painlevé sur les deux écoles d'aviation, the second edition (with material from Painlevé added).
Tentatively we infer that the translator С. А. Вроблевскій is Станислав Антонович Вроблевскій b. 1859, a.k.a. Stanisław Wróblewski. He writes a six page preface signed Kiev, October 1909, giving his title as engineer. Another possible match is w:ru:Врублевский, Станислав Федор Антонович depending how the middle names get sliced. Wiki has 1854 as the latter's birthday.
