René Tampier was an aero inventor, an engineer, located at 25 rue Poussin, Paris, Seine, France.[1] We presently have minimal information on him, that is, aside from his prolific innovation dating from 1909-1915.

Regarding Espacenet, René Tampier is a key example of protocol issues, regarding the peculiarities of Certificate of Addition numbering, relative to that of originally-filed patents, and perhaps regarding the relatively dated arrangement within the aggregate of his registrations.
