Reference is made herein to a priority date 1909-12-22. Applicant firm “Gesellschaft für Ausführung freitragender Dachkonstrukcionen in Holz System "Stephan" G. m. b. H.”(“Company for the execution of self-supporting roof constructions in wood system "Stephan" G. m. B. H.”) is another case of a firm's being created with the particular purpose of industrializing the production of one invention. On Espacenet, an applicant search of System Stephan yields a wealth of results, with at least Patent AT-1910-49706 making reference to a German predecessor filed 1909-12-22. Simply changing the Espacenet results display settings from "descending" to "ascending" narrows us down to the pertinent material. Alas this is another case in which to sought German patent is missing from Espacenet. At least Patent AT-1910-49706 confirms that the patent offering the priority date to which this Patent HU-1910-54014 refers is in fact German. We will search via other elements within the applicant firm's name, and we will search beyond Espacenet.
