“Dr. Kormos Béla Földbirtokos Budapesten, Mint Loránt Lajos Mérnök Budapesti Lakosnak Felerészben Jogutódja és Loránt Lajos Mérnök Budapesten.” (That is, “Dr. Béla Kormos Landowner(or Landlord) in Budapest, As the Legal Successor of Lajos Loránt Engineer Resident in Budapest and Lajos Loránt Engineer in Budapest.”)
We may have a case here in which an inventor's Landlord is acting as a legal successor, and as an applicant, on his own behalf.
