Patent GB-1906-6502

(This hybrid of the helicopter and the airplane is really quite remarkable.) (According to [a Lilienthal reference to the Fonds of the Russian State Archives] made in the Objekt for Patent RU-1905-Rebikov, a Patent GB-1906-6501, directly related, may have been filed on the same day; but espacenet shows 6501 is unrelated.)
- Vassily Rebikov was an engineer. Though the British original shown here, as well as some other Western European sources, use the transliteration "Rebikoff", "Rebikov" is also conventional, and there is the German transliteration "Rebikow". All told, Vassily Rebikov is most apt to the Russian "Василий Ребиков".
- Inventor location: Ivanovskaja No. 24, St. Petersburg, Russia
- espacenet misspells "Vessels" in the title in its biblio reference data. Source data error
- Patent specification was "signed" on the same day it was recorded as filed at the patent office
