The airplane shown here resembles the design of Patent FR-1911-430234 but isn't the same, and predates it. Emphasis is placed on the use of a capacious hull which can accommodate a propulsion system. Landing skids are shown and labeled in the diagram, but not discussed in the text. Speculatively: Blériot and his workshop were moving fast; his lawyers and agents abroad might have to do their best in filing patents from a diagram and description. Also they would be adjusting to the more or less strict requirements of a national office, as well as the range of patents already filed there.
