Erhard Cecil Kny, or Erhard Cecil Antonin Kny, was an aero inventor, self-described as a "gentleman", and filed from 41 Christchurch Road, Streatham Hill, London, S. W.[1]. He also filed from 96, Wavendon Avenue, Chiswick, London, W.[2] He seemingly wrote both in German and in English, whether in terms of aero-theory and analysis[3], or in terms of seried proposals on such topics as electrical propulsion.[4] There is more on him, pertinent to later years, and with less emphasis on aero.
