Patent BE-1909-219377
Revision as of 14:54, 16 January 2019 by AvionHerbert (talk | contribs)
"Cette machine volante se compose de deux grandes ailes circulaires ou roues se mouvant sur un même axe vertical, mais en sense contraire."
That is, "This flying machine is composed of two large circular wings, or wheels, moving on one single vertical axis, but in opposite rotational directions".
(This may have more to do with ascension than with propulsion, and this may be some sort of precursor to the helicopter. These "wings", in fact, may be a grand form of propeller.)
