We have little on Oskar Ursinus, though we are cross-referencing his writings and his patents filed. He was German, living in Frankfurt[1], known in Hungary as Ursinus Oskar. He seems to have been active as a aero-theoretical writer, and editor, notably of Zeitschrift Flugsport‎, treated sometimes simply as Flugsport‎. His patent filings may or may not have been modest in number.
