Adolphe Clément-Bayard , that is, "Gustave-Adolphe Clément-Bayard", taking on the -Bayard part of his surname in 1906, was born 22 September 1855, in Pierrefonds, Oise, and died in Paris 10 May 1928, with his inventive hand in bicycles, automobiles, along with aeronautic material.
