Georges Espitallier

Georges Espitallier was a military engineer who eventually held the rank of Colonel.

He was promoted to capitaine at age 25, in Haiphong, in October 1875. He went on to work for Charles Renard at Chalais-Meudon. He was secretary, then vice president, of the Commission permanente internationale d'Aéronautique, and its delegate to the 1906 Congrès de Milan.[1]

He published pseudononymously as Georges Béthuys.[2]
