Paul Blum is a French patent agent who is beginning to factor into our data. We'll have more on him later. This page was initiated tangent to Louis Blériot.[1] We have him acting among witnesses, along with Chas. P. Pressly, on Blériot's Patent US-1918-1441056, suggesting sustained administrative familiarity the patent family of Patent FR-1916-502839.

We have a Paul Blum acting among witnesses, along with H. C. Coxe, on Patent US-1911-1025941[2] of René Arnoux. This Coxe is fairly definitely Hanson C. Coxe, by far the most prevalent among American witnesses, particularly when acting in conjunction with French co-witnesses, and Paul Blum is the patent agent on Arnoux' Patent FR-1915-491253.[3]
