The "airship" is an apparently heavier-than-air vessel with two "wings" on mounted on one vertical shaft, rotating in opposite directions. These are shaped like parachutes and it is hoped they will make a landing, possibly an emergency landing, more gentle.
Technologically looks like more of a helicopter or "flying machine".
