Appears to be a biplane with focus on the wing configuration. Perhaps unusual for this year that's it called a Flugvorrichtung not a Drachenflieger or Flugzeug. (It does reference Wasserflugzeuge. Perhaps the distinction lies in the longitudinal rather than horizontal orientation of the Tragfläche, wing surfaces.)
