Dimitri Pavlovitch Riabouchinsky (Дмитрий Павлович Рябушинский ; in the Bulletin of the aerodynamic institute his name was printed D. Riabouchinsky) was a Russian fluid dynamicist and author on aerodynamics.

In 1904, Riabouchinsky founded and funded the Institut aérodynamique de Koutchino at his family estate just west of Moscow, bringing in Nikolay Yegorovich Zhukovsky, V. V. Kouznetsov, and S. S. Nezhandonovsky to organize it.[1]

In 1909 Riabouchinsky gave his address as Povarskaïa (Поварская улица) 14 (streetview) in Moscow—a notable street west of the Kremlin

After the early aero period and the Russian Revolution he spent his life in France.[2]

Riabouchinsky's family is not linked well on English wikipedia but see w:de:Pawel Michailowitsch Rjabuschinski for his father (businessman and financier) and numerous notable siblings.
