Carl Hanschke
Carl Hanschke was a German aero inventor, a carpenter[1][2], addressed at 209, Prenzlauer Allee, N.O. 55, Berlin, Germany[3].
The only German patent we have on hand filed by this inventor is Patent DE-1909-220044, the title of which is clearly relevant to an evolving patent family we are ascertaining. However, Patent GB-1910-28188, with identical Danish, French and Hungarian counterparts, makes reference to a German predecessor filed 1910-06-18, and we have thusly suggested a temporary designee Patent DE-1910-06-18 Carl Hanschke, which may or may have played an intermediary role between the one German patent on hand and this later-developed patent family.
This uniquely designed airplane, perhaps relactive of Hanschke's career as a carpenter, features among other things the situation of the propellers within the airplane's frame.
A Carl Hanschke in Berlin filed for a patent in 1877, shortly after the German patent system launched, on a wooden shoe's fastening device: [1]. It could be the same person; a wood specialist. Title: "Holzuberschuh mit selbstwirkender Befestigungsvorrichtung."
