Eugène Sunguroff
Revision as of 21:15, 22 December 2022 by AvionHerbert (talk | contribs) (basic data aggregation, some reflection on locations, Western orientation, whether or not the (likely) Romanian-raised individual was of Russian descent)
Eugène Sunguroff was an aero inventor, working essentially on one propeller system, according to the best of our data at present. We have him as an "advocate", filing from rue de la Rochefoucauld, 21, Paris, département Seine, France.[1] This French treatment of his given name is found on the original of his British patent, incidentally. We have him slightly later as residing in Romania.[2] This individual may or may not have been of Russian descent. The French treatment of his given name does likely represent a generally Western orientation.
