The Aktiebolaget Aviatorer company was formed to exploit Boo Henning Wallin's machine. Wallin was the Manager of the Material Testing Department of the Chalmers Institute at Gothenburg (Goteborg). "Aktiebolaget" means "joint stock company."[1] Based on the timing of that statement, the company was probably founded in 1906 or 1907.
