August Warchalowski was a factory manager [1], filing from Vienna[2][3]. He seems to have filed fairly extensively beyond aeronautics and aviation, though he did some solid work with airplane propellers and airplane chassis, with airplane frames more generally.

In 1913 with Georg Eissler he founded Österreichische Industriewerke Warchalowski, Eissler & Co. A.G. in Wien-Ottakring.[4]

His brother Adolf Warchalowski also worked in the aviation field and the two may have been involved together in creating the "Vindobona" out of a Farman-type biplane in May 1910.
