Промышл., соотвѣтственно споку германскаго патента за № 187863, дѣйствіе сей привилегіи простирается не долѣе 28 фебраля 1921 года." The term of the patent in Russia ends on 1921-02-28 J = 1921-03-13 G, fifteen years after (the day after) the German filing date. This statement confirms the regulation described in Thompson, Handbook of Patent Law in All Countries (1915) that the lengths of patents in Russia were limited by the duration of prior foreign filings.
