Patent FR-1909-410545

Akin to Patent GB-1909-20886. (Both patents mention conduits, though they are not included in the British title.) Here we find reference to two German originals filed 20 August 1908 (presumably dated 21 August based on our previous observations of the German system) and 4 August 1909, as well as a US filing of 4 August 1909.

The French patent office apparently chose a generic classification, for process safety, rather than the aeronautical category. We know that the British classified this patent under aeronautics, but as their system did not always constrain them to choose one primary category, they may have listed it in one or more other technology areas, as well.

Despite the substantively similar content of the two patents, the CPC and IPC classifications also differ, with the British filing placed under aeronautics, and this one classified under containers, packing, and storage.
