We only know of this patent as yet by way of references made elsewhere, as it seems to be missing from Espacenet. It is called "Kippsicherung für Flugzeuge" in Patent AT-1913-67267 and it is called "Berendezés röpülőgépek fölborulásának megakadályozására"(that is, "Equipment to prevent the rollover of flying machines") in Patent HU-1913-64169. Though Patent FR-1915-476300 makes no specific reference to this German patent, it's diagrams and description specifics clearly indicate it as identical. It is called "Dispositif de stabilisation automatique pour aéroplanes et appareils similaires " in the French patent.

The patent's title as filed in Germany could quite possibly match that of its filing in Austria. Classification and other data would also be sheer speculation. It is quite possible that the patent was granted in Germany. Espacenet has its very rare omissions.
