Hybrid airplane-LTA design intended to improve stability and safety against disturbances, comprising

a longitudinal fuselage or frame work having a series of circular hoops connected thereto, a gas bag contained within the said fuselage, a frame work below the same, super-posed main planes connected to the said framework, a further supplemental frame work below the aforesaid frame work designed to contain the operator and provided with suitable running wheels and chassis, an elevating plane at the forward end of the fuselage and a suitable tail at the rear of the same composed of superposed planes and a vertical rudder
