Claim:
In a flying machine, top and bottom frames arranged with a space between them and each formed into an aeroplane, an aeroplane pivoted intermediate of its length and about midway of the length of the machine, said pivoted aeroplane operating between the upper and lower aeroplanes, and a car attached to the machine, substantially as described.
(CPOR has "Cassius Montezuma, Richmond" but since we know the inventor's name from elsewhere we can be pretty sure this is an error. Check to see if this is the same patent as Patent US-1902-695580.)
