Carlotta Myers was the pseudonym of Mary Myers, wife of and co-experimenter with Carl Edgar Myers.

We have them filing in collaboration.[1] Slightly later we have Carl filing as a sole inventor but with "Carlotta Myers" serving among witnesses, with this latter patent making reference to the former.[2]

Later still, we have Carl filing solely, now from Frankfort, still in Herkimer county, NY, and with Mary H. Myers acting among witnesses.[3] Given the overall context this is fairly definitely the Mary's name, inclusive of the middle initial, without the pseudonym.
