Rubber company formed by Jean-Baptiste Torrilhon on 27 April 1900 as Société en commandite Torrilhon et Cie, and reformed on 11 April 1905 as Société Anonyme des Anciens Etablissements J-B. Torrilhon. Capitalized with 4,000,000 francs.[1]

In 1909 (see right) advertised themselves as supplier to the French Ministry of War.
