Constantin Danilevsky (with a v) would seem to be an anglicized spelling of Konstantin Danilewsky.

• Inventor occupation and location: "Hydropathic Institute, Veterinary Street, Kharkow, in the Empire of Russia, Doctor of Medicine"
• The provisional specification says "Empire of Germany", instead of Russia, but this appears to be a simple mistake. Kharkiv was in Ukraine, and not part of the German Empire then (or ever, I think). The Complete specification has the same address, but correctly saying Russia.
