Karl Neureuther was an editor of the Illustrierte Aëronautische Mitteilungen, perhaps from 1898-1908.[1] . He published a number of aeronautics articles there, and apparently in no other publication
There was a Karl Neureuther who was in the German military in the world wars afterward; could be the same person.
