The first president after the merger was Major General Schleier. (What merger?)
In 1910, the chairman was Rudolf Sieler and the vice chairman was Dr. Otto Flachs. There were 395 members, including 23 balloon guides. The association owned one free balloon and used the Staditsches Gasanstalt (Municipal Gas Works) of Plauen as its balloon place.
Affiliated with DLV in 1908.
