Preß- Stanz- und Ziehwerke Rud. Chillingworth AG was the company of inventor Rudolf Chillingworth in Nürnberg.

In 1906 the company became a founding shareholder of Motorluftschiff Studiengesellschaft m.b.H.[1]

This advertisement for Chillingworth in a 1909 issue of Der Motorwagen highlights patented propellers and patented airplane frame construction, using steel and bamboo.

The Smithsonian Institution collection includes a box of trade catalogues from this company, which are said to touch on airships, balloons, and airplanes, as well as engines and a range of other products including automobiles, boats, subways, and agricultural machinery.[2]
