LTA airship with rigid frame. "Aerostat" (buoyant part of the vessel) divided into multiple sections each with its own bags of gas. Central conduit runs through lengthwise and suspends two cars underneath. Air communicates by fan between chambers at either end of the conduit; can be forced into the bags or released as needed. Each compartment has its own valves and can therefore be regulated independently.
