The von Rahden (or Raden) family are nobles popping up in Prussia/Poland and elsewhere, see w:ru:Раден (значения), w:ru:Раден (баронский род), w:de:Rahden (Adelsgeschlecht).
Russian wiki doesn't have any A. von Rahdens in the right timeframe, but German wiki does have w:de:Alexander von Rahden (Александр Эмманюэль фон Раден; 1859–1920) with Russian interests if not an aeronautic background.
Tentatively assigning the inventor as Prussian as it seems there could not be many Baron von Rahdens outside that sphere (or at least background).

- The list skipped from the end of September to the beginning of November! What happened to October? Yes this month did exist, no it's not сентября or ноября. The dates under сентября skip Sundays and would have fallen on a Sunday if they were (Julian) dates in October so it doesn't seem to be a case of substitution or error along those lines ...
