- From google patents: "Aeroplanes, wings, or rudders are formed of two or more parts set at an angle to one another. . . . The aeroplane may be made up of three or more rectangular parts 2, Fig. 4, or the plane may have an up-turned rear edge and a downwardly-turned outer corner. The Provisional Specification also states that the aeroplanes are applicable to the apparatus described in Specification No. 1035, A.D. 1908."
