From abstract on espacenet: flying machine without aerostats: frame, vertical standard, spring base, motor, propeller, gas bag, parachute, and a pair of wings. an aeroplane can slide in guides upon the standard. The propeller is driven through a gearing, crank, and connecting-rod. The wing arms are pivoted upon a cross - bar, worked by the pin engaged with the standard. A gas bag can be turned on the standard to act as a rudder. It holds fuel in one sac and combustion products in another. Wings are covered with netting and overlapping flaps.
