« L’invention comporte une turbine aérienne caractérisée essentiellement par un tambour central avec flasques d’un diamètre approprié pout permettre d’interposer, périphériquement et en nombre quelconque, des palettes fixes se profilant au droit des flasques et portant l’articulation de palettes mobiles correspondantes prenant contact, par leur extrémité libre, avec le tambour central, pour former un aubage récupérant la force du vent pour déterminer unn mouvement rotatif dans un sens unique, quelle que soit la direction du vent. »

“The invention comprises an aerial turbine characterized essentially by a central drum with flanges of an appropriate diameter to allow the interposition, peripherally and in any number, of fixed vanes profiled in line with the flanges and carrying the articulation of mobile vanes. corresponding contacting, by their free end, with the central drum, to form a blading recovering the force of the wind to determine a rotary movement in a single direction, whatever the direction of the wind.”
