„Für diese Anmeldung is bei Prüfung gemäß dem Unionvertrage vom 20. März 1883/14. Dezember 1900 die Priorität auf Grund der Anmeldung in Belgian vom 5. April 1910 anerkannt.“
“For this application, priority is recognized upon examination in accordance with the Union Treaty of 20 March 1883/14 December 1900 on the basis of the application in Belgian of 5 April 1910.” This is a legal reference to the Convention de Paris pour la protection de la propriété industrielle and also particularly to the 1900 revisions made thereto in Brussels, as these pertain to the Belgian priority date date of this patent.
