Patent CA-1904-89753

Jump to navigation Jump to search

Inventor signed around June 21st or 25th; see last page of claims. The patent was filed 2-3 weeks later. Source data error A "Dewitt Clinton Jones" is listed as a co-inventor in CIPO and espacenet, but this name appears nowhere on the patent spec so far as I can tell. I don't know who that is. It could conceivably be a patent agent in Canada, and therefore some kind of applicant, but I don't see evidence for that either.

The figures are the same as in the British patent which was formally filed a little earlier, although it looks like the claims were filed around the same day.
