Berriman, 1913, Aviation, p. 251:

The National Aerial Defense Association (11 Victoria Street) was founded in 1913 by the Navy League as a non-party organization for influencing public opinion in favor of adequate British aerial defense. Its object is to support any Government in power that has a vigorous programme laid down for that purpose, and to work harmoniously with the R.Ae.C. and Aeronautical Society in the promotion of public interest in matters relating to aeronautics generally. Its policy excludes the purchase of aeroplanes for the Government on the principle that provision of armament is a parliamentary duty.

Paris, 1992, pp. 98–99, writes that the the National Aerial Defense Association was unsuccessful and dissolved in early 1914. He mentions a similar group formed in 1909 called the Parliamentary Aerial Defense Committee.
