Marey, 1871, Le mécanisme du vol chez les animaux

Illustration of experimental apparatus simulating the beating wings of a bird.

Probably the source of Marey, 1871, The mechanical flight in the animal kingdom and Marey, 1872, Lectures on the phenomena of flight in the animal kingdom; possibly overlapping with Marey, 1873, La machine animale.

Brockett's numbering doesn't seem to agree with the numbering L'Aéronaute, which had Parts 1–3 in September, October and December 1870.
