Jean Armange was a building contractor and aero inventor in France who filed in collaboration with Pierre Poulalion on instruments and sensors. In 1912 he filed from 54 rue Ratier, Lorent, département Morbihan, France.[1] He filed in 1913 filed from département Seine.[2]
The fundamental work seems to have to do with membranes sensitive to air pressure actuating precise indicators of direction.
