The International Aerial Navigation Company was incorporated in Texas in 1909, with capital stock $1,000,000, by Frederick J. Fielding, president, Fred Terrell, treasurer and Vories P. Brown.[1] Its object was aerial transportation of passengers across the US, Mexico, and other countries.[2]

"An order has been placed for the first twelve-passenger airship and it will be built in St. Louis."[2]

A different, though not necessarily unrelated, company with the same name was created in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1919.[3]
