Footnote: "Professor Angot's MS. was accompanied with twenty-five splendid silver-print photographs of typical cloud forms. Owing to the expense of reproducing them satisfactorily, they have been omitted from the printed paper. The photographs have been placed in the library of the U. S. Weather Bureau."
