Albatros, Gesellschaft für Flugzeugunternehmungen m.b.H. is a German company with patents in the 1910s. Its precise relationship to Albatros Werke G.m.b.H., also located in Berlin-Johannisthal, is still undetermined. They were both filing patents in 1914–1915, but the patents under this name have a later approval date (1919) and could reflect a name change between 1915 and 1919.
Two blurbs regarding these companies appear in Der Motorwagen in 1917,[1] stating that Albatros Werke is going into liquidation, and that Albatros, Gesellschaft für Flugzeugunternehmungen, from 28 March 1917, will produce components for Albatros airplanes.
